Finance occupations have vaital role in this world. The current research has done in order to analyze effective factors in taking finance occupations Responsibility in East Azarbayejan police Command. The method of this research was practical and description- survey style. The Statistical group includes all personnel and finance managers East in Azarbayejan police Command. One of the four hypotheses has been confirmed, that is effect on identification of occupation. But the three hypotheses that are salary, premium, and remuneration were confirmed. The result showed that personnel are not interested in taking finance occupations and if they have re-option of occupations, they will not choose finance occupations. The finance personnel have internal motivations, but they have low salary. And they are not support by their managers. There is no opportunity for promotion in finance occupations. Finance occupations are weak in external motivations factors.

The purpose of this study is to "enumerate the methods of managerial empowerment and Command of part-time undergraduate students in a military university". The type of research in terms of applied nature and research method is descriptive survey and for data analysis and quantitative method has been done using descriptive and inferential statistics. The statistical population included all Commanders, professors, experts and researchers and in order to purposefully select features, 119 people were identified and 80 people were randomly selected using Cochran's formula. The researcher-made questionnaire was distributed among them and after collecting it was analyzed using SPSS software. To obtain validity, the questionnaire was distributed among 15 experts and after obtaining their opinion and calculating the lavche coefficient of about / 9 was counted. The reliability of this study using Cronbach's alpha formula is 0.97. The results show that the components of general and specialized knowledge, religious and revolutionary and the talented educational environment of the university have been effective in managerial, Command, religious, moral, and behavioral empowerment.

Introduction: Social Responsibility from an ethical point of view includes the obligations and duties of natural and legal persons towards society and the environment. The moral behavior of people, like understanding of social Responsibility, depends on their liberal ideology, beliefs and human values. Therefore, the aim of the current research is to study the relationship between liberalism and human values with the moral understanding of social Responsibility. Material & Methods: The research method is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-correlational survey. The statistical population includes the financial managers of the companies admitted to the stock exchange, and the questionnaire was randomly distributed among them and 110 questionnaires were received. The sampling method is random. The research tool is a questionnaire and multivariate regression using SPSS software was used to analyze the data. Results: The research results show that human values based on public interest have a significant and positive relationship with the moral understanding of social Responsibility. But the thinking of liberalism does not have a meaningful relationship with the moral understanding of social Responsibility. Conclusion: Based on the findings of this research, human values based on public interest can be considered as a tool to strengthen the moral behavior of company managers regarding corporate social Responsibility. Also, improving the thinking of liberalism in managers can strengthen their social Responsibility. In this case, the policy makers of Stock Exchange can direct the managers of the listed companies to comply more with the social Responsibility of the company, through teaching human values and strengthening those values, as well as monitoring the implementation of ethical regulations

Introduction: Ethical leadership is leadership focused on appropriate behavior through respect for ethics and values, as well as the rights and dignity of others. Ethical leadership can add value to businesses by motivating employees and fulfilling company values. Therefore, the present research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the relationship between ethical leadership and cooperative social Responsibility and the moral climate of the organization. Material & Methods: The current research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive and correlational in terms of data collection method. The statistical population of this research included all employees of Management and Science University (MSU) in Malaysia. Among them, 200 people were selected as the research sample using a simple random sampling method. A standard questionnaire was used to collect data. The data was analyzed by structural equation modeling method. Results: The results of statistical analysis showed that ethical leadership has a direct and positive effect on cooperative social Responsibility and ethical climate. Also, moral climate has a direct and positive effect on cooperative social Responsibility. At the same time, ethical leadership has an indirect and positive effect on cooperative social Responsibility through the mediation of ethical climate. Conclusion: Ethical leadership can affect their social Responsibility by inspiring employees to motivate and align with the company's values. The results of this research showed that ethical leadership leads to greater employee satisfaction and collaborative Responsibility and leads to the formation of an ethical atmosphere in the organization

The issue of delegating the authority to kill humans to artificial intelligence in wartime is one of the most challenging emerging disciplines, as it raises numerous legal issues. This is the first time that legal knowledge has encountered a phenomenon that, despite being created by humans, is independent of humans in thinking and decision-making, and it may be possible after multiple stages that even the creator of the system cannot comprehend or control its operation. Therefore, this article discusses the obstacles that the International Criminal Court must overcome to apply direct criminal Responsibility and the doctrine of Commander's Responsibility in cases where artificial intelligence weapons have led to the killing of civilians and war crimes, as well as the steps that should be taken to overcome these obstacles. Following a documentary approach and a descriptive-analytical analysis, this article concludes that the current provisions of the statute regarding artificial intelligence need to be revised due to the emergence of a concept called the gap in Responsibility, which is caused by the unique nature of artificial intelligence. To adapt to the new conditions, the international community must require manufacturers to provide maximum transparency and prohibit producing certain types of artificial intelligence. Regarding the possible killings caused by the use of artificial intelligence weapons with the ability to self-learning after production, the court statute must explicitly and exclusively specify the rules of criminal Responsibility so that the existence of AI weapons does not lead to impunity.

Background: The present study was undertaken to compare the entomological situation by analyzing the blood meal of mosquitoes of canal irrigated and non-irrigated areas of Bikaner in order to explore scientific information on the vector biology and malaria burden profile and to plan proper strategies for malaria control and eradication.Methods: Adult mosquitoes were collected and the abdomen of the blood fed females were crushed on a filter paper for blood meal analysis and subjected to precipitin test.Results: The blood meal analysis showed that Anopheles subpictus had a preference towards cattle blood, An. culicifacies and An. stephensi preferred human blood, while, An. annularis was noted to feed only on bovine blood.Conclusion: Although An. annularis, has been recently reported from the area, was found to feed exclusively on bovine blood, earlier reports suggest that this species is a vector of malaria and therefore preventive measures should be taken well in advance before this species gets established in the area.

Divine Command theory is hitherto faced with some problems such as Euthyphro problem and moral arbitrariness. Robert Merrihew Adams tries to defend this theory by proposing a new form of it. He expresses that this theory can explain only moral obligation not moral goodness. First, using semantic method, he analyzes the meaning of moral obligation. Then, he tries to understand the nature of moral obligation by determining the best candidate which can play the semantic role of it. From his view, interpersonal and social property of moral obligation is its most important semantic feature. The best candidate for this role is divine Commands, because they have some special properties. For example, if you violate them you are guilty and they also have objectivity. Following Kripke-Putnam theory, Adams asserts that the relation between divine Command and rightness/wrongness of action is like the relation between water and H2O. Accordingly, moral wrongness is identified with love God Commands and it has metaphysical necessity in result.

Assuming Responsibility for other human beings has been amongst ethical issues which is underlined in different ethical schools of thought and justified through various argumentations.  The current research is an attempt to investigate this issue in the light of the normative theory of divine Command and enjoy the divine books to answer this question that why Man is required to feel responsible and benevolent toward other human beings. Accordingly, major reasons and components of this issue are explained in keeping with the divine books. It was revealed that God is the primary source of human Responsibility toward others. The incentive of divine promise, divine love and giving thanks to the most beneficent as well as human resemblance to God and His succession on the earth  as a divine creature are amongst major reasons and components in theories of divine Command which motivates Man toward feeling Responsibility and benevolences for others.

Introduction: For brain-compatible working environments, the study conducted a specific type of leadership aimed at designing a neuroscience-based Command model in the Islamic Republic's Army. Working method: This study was conducted in terms of development and applied, and in terms of strategy of qualitative research with Delphi methods and implications. The statistical population, including military Command experts, was identified by targeted sampling and data collection from the interview tool for the Delphi Method section and the theoretical sampling for the signing method section. Conclusion: Based on data analysis and inferential analysis results, Command dimensions include discipline, interaction, self-esteem and authority, and based on the share of brain chemistry and brain structure, neurological implications of discipline, interaction, self-esteem, and ultimately authority became.

Command is one of the most fundamental components in the success of a military organization. Appointing a person to the position of Command, if it is not based on accurate talent search, will disrupt all succession processes, including training and experience and promotion of that person, and ultimately lead to the weakening of the military organization. For this reason, it is necessary to find talent as the first and most important step in succession planning with double precision. Since during the Islamic Revolution, the experience of holy defense was accepted as a successful and efficient experience, the study of that era has been considered as a successful lived experience. In this research, by studying the lives of twenty martyred Commanders of the holy defense, an attempt was made to estimate the basic talents of Commanders that were common to all of them. When these fundamental talents flourish, they can provide the competencies required for a Commanding position in a person. In the current research, the research data was collected by the method of documentary and library studies, and in the cases where the available sources were defective, interviews were conducted. Data analysis was done by thematic analysis method. After open coding and reaching the secondary and main themes, the research results showed that the basic leadership abilities include "intellect", "greatness of spirit", "greatness of spirit", "strength of spirit" and "physical characteristics".
